Disney Cruise Line Starts Booking for Disney Fantasy
Disney Cruise Line announced that they will start taking bookings for their new ship, the 1,250-cabin Disney Fantasy on 20th October. Disney Fantasy will launch its maiden voyage on the 7th of April 2012. It will embark on a seven-night cruise from Port Canaveral, Florida to the west of Caribbean.
Similar to its sister ship the Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy will also feature a water coaster, one of the first in the cruise industry.
Disney Fantasy’s routes will both cover eastern and western Caribbean on a seven-night itinerary but on alternating schedules. Both routes will include a stop in Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay in the Bahamas.
Aside from Disney Fantasy’s 2012 bookings, the line will also start accepting bookings for its other ships such as Disney Dream, Disney Magic and Disney Wonder.
Disney Dream will sail to Bahamas in 2012 on three-, four- and five-night cruises. It will also include stops to Castaway Cay. Meanwhile, Disney Wonder will sail from Los Angeles port to the Mexican Riviera.
Disney Magic, just like Disney Fantasy, will sail alternating routes to eastern and western Caribbean.
A seven-night eastern Caribbean cruise on board Disney Fantasy will give you the opportunity to visit St. Thomas and St. Maarten. On the other hand, its western Caribbean itinerary includes visits to Costa Maya, Grand Cayman and Cozumel.
A standard inside stateroom in Disney Fantasy starts at $959 based on double occupancy. However, this does not cover taxes and fees.
If you are planning on the greatest adventure with your family especially with the kids, book now on any of the Disney Cruise Line ships and experience the magic.
