Cunard Line’s Queen Mary 2 to Embark on a World Cruise in 2011
Cunard Line is offering the most amazing deal next season, a 23-day voyage from New York to South Africa under $2,000 per person. What is even more amazing is that this is just the first leg of the whole trip. Cunard’s Queen Mary 2 will have a round-the-world trip for 103 days.
The ship is bound to leave the port of New York on January 13 next year to arrive at Cape Town, South Africa on February 4. The trip will include stops in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; then in the Caribbean, specifically in Barbados; Rio de Janeiro and Salvador de Bahia in Brazil and then in Montevideo in Uruguay.
The trip starts as low as $82 per day or approximately $1,890 per person based on a double occupancy but not inclusive of taxes and fees. You also need to shell out an extra more since airfare is not included.
Available cabins, however, are already limited. Therefore, if you plan on booking, you need to do it fast.
